About Clint
Clint Scott built his legal foundation at Mississippi State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1998. He went on to the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and completed his J.D. in 2003. Those years shaped his approach to law and set the stage for a steady career in private practice.
After finishing law school in 2003, Scott entered the profession and has spent his career in firm practice. He moved from academic study into client work, learning courtroom procedure, negotiation and the day-to-day tasks of advising businesses and individuals. Over time he developed an understanding of how litigation and transactional work affect organizations and people.
Scott’s work life has been anchored in a traditional firm setting. He joined Gilbert Russell McWherter Scott Bobbitt PLC, where he has been part of the team handling client matters and casework.
