About Clint
Clint Moore earned a B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University in 2009 and a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2013. He moved through law school into practice at a steady pace, carrying classroom training into public service and then into private practice.
His first entry into a law office was as a runner at King, Blackwell, Downs & Zehnder, P.A. in 2009. That early experience exposed him to courtroom logistics and the day-to-day operations of a law firm. He later worked as a legal assistant at The Pena Law Office in 2011, taking on more substantive responsibilities and learning how case preparation and client communication fit together.
After law school he joined the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office as an assistant public defender in 2013. He handled arraignments, pretrial motions and trials for a heavy criminal docket. The role gave him courtroom time and an understanding of how public defense systems operate under pressure. He continued building trial experience over the next several years before moving into private practice.
In 2018 he helped found Ramhofer Garcia & Moore, PLLC, a step that marked his transition into private litigation. Two years later he established his own firm, Clint & Company, P.A., and serves as its president. That move put him in charge of case strategy, client relations and firm management. He maintains courtroom work while overseeing the firm’s operations.
Moore’s memberships reflect a practice rooted in criminal defense and trial work. He has been a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2013 and joined the Florida Justice Association in 2018. He is also active in the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Orange County Bar Association, both since 2020. Those affiliations align with the kinds of cases he handles and the professional circles he travels in.
Colleagues and clients describe him as a lawyer who relies on courtroom experience and hands-on preparation. He takes cases through plea negotiations, pretrial motions and trials. He represents individuals in a range of criminal matters across Florida courts. He leads Clint & Company, P.A., where he continues to handle criminal defense work and manage the firm’s legal practice.
