About Clint
Clint Lee earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, graduating in 2022. He completed the standard three-year curriculum and left law school prepared for courtroom procedure and client counsel. During his time in law school he developed an interest in matters that cross state lines and require careful attention to differing procedural rules.
After law school Mr. Lee entered private practice. He has built a career marked by multi-jurisdictional practice. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Montana, Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, Tennessee, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma and Colorado. That range of admissions allows him to take on matters that touch several state systems and to appear in a variety of trial and appellate settings.
His work involves managing filings and court appearances across different state courts and regulatory bodies. He often handles matters that require coordination among counsel and careful calendaring of deadlines in multiple forums. Colleagues describe him as practical in the courtroom and precise on procedural issues. He places importance on thorough preparation before hearings and on clear written submissions.
Mr. Lee joined Bailey & Galyen Lawyers at Law, where he practices alongside litigation-focused attorneys. At the firm he has taken on cases that require rapid response and careful procedural strategy. He has supported both lead counsel and clients during discovery, motion practice and trial settings. He also assists in preparing appellate briefs when matters proceed beyond the trial level.
Outside of court, he spends time keeping current on state-specific rules and recent opinions that affect cross-border practice. He reviews local rules regularly and communicates with co-counsel in other states to ensure coordinated strategies. This attention to procedural detail aims to reduce surprises during hearings and to streamline the litigation process for clients.
His practice is concentrated at Bailey & Galyen Lawyers at Law, where he represents clients across the jurisdictions in which he is admitted. He continues to expand his multi-state practice and to manage matters that require admission in more than one state.
