About Claire
Claire Seifi blends a technical past with legal training. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Paris-South in 1992 and later took up law, receiving her J.D. from Concord Law School of Kaplan University in 2008. Those two degrees shaped an approach that pairs analytic thinking with attention to language and procedure.
She moved into professional work as a translator and interpreter in 2008, a role she performed on a self-employed basis. The following year she joined the Law Office of WJ Bill Morris as a legal assistant, where she handled document preparation and supported client intake. Those early positions gave her hands-on experience in both language services and the daily mechanics of a law office.
Seifi became a member of the State Bar of California in 2010 and began practicing law that year under her own name. She has maintained memberships in professional organizations relevant to her practice. She joined the American Translators Association in 2008 and later the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2012. The combination of bar membership and those associations signals a practice rooted in California and informed by language skills and immigration law resources.
Her practice is organized under SEIFI LAW FIRM, PC, where she handles matters that draw on her background in translation and immigration law. She offers legal services in California and has continued to serve clients through a small firm structure. Her work reflects experience as a translator and interpreter as well as the practical lessons of early legal-assistant work. She continues to maintain active memberships in the State Bar of California and relevant professional groups. Her current practice concentrates on immigration-related legal services and language-access support for clients.
