About Claire E.
I’m Claire E. Parsons, and I function Of Counsel with Bricker Graydon LLP. My practice focuses on school law, employment law, and litigation in both Kentucky and Ohio. Beyond my felony profession, I’m a mother to 2 extraordinary girls, an energetic community chief, and a common speaker and author on legal professional intellectual fitness, mindfulness, compassion, and pressure management. I currently chair the wellness committee for both the Ohio State Bar Association and Bricker Graydon.
I’ve been meditating for over a decade and have spent more than 5 years teaching mindfulness and compassion to attorneys, professionals, and others. With over 1,000 hours of education in mind-body practices, I hold certifications in Mental Health First Aid and as a SHRM Workplace Mental Health Ally. I’m also licensed to train meditation, compassion, yoga, pranayama, and somatic recovery, with specialized training in trauma-touchy mindfulness.
My work has been featured on structures like Insight Timer, Above the Law, the Institute for Well-Being in Law, and the Mindfulness in Law Society. I’m also the founding father of the Brilliant Legal Mind blog (www.brilliantlegalmind.com), where I share writings, guided meditations, and assets on mental health, mindfulness, compassion, yoga, and associated subjects.
I’ve authored books: *How to Be a Badass Lawyer: The Unexpected and Simple Guide to Less Stress and Greater Personal Development Through Mindfulness and Compassion* and *Mommy Needs a Minute.* I revel in connecting with lawyers to discuss writing, mental health, mindfulness, and greater. Feel unfastened to comply with my weblog or hook up with me on LinkedIn.
