About Cindy S.
Cindy S. Vova built a career that bridges business training and legal practice. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1978, double majoring in marketing and business management. She returned to Miami for an MBA in finance, conferred in 1979, and completed her J.D. at Emory University in 1984. Those degrees set a foundation for work that has combined transactional awareness and courtroom responsibility.
After law school she began practice as an associate attorney at Atkinson Jenne Diner Stone in 1984. Her early years in firm practice continued through the late 1980s and into 1990, including roles at Fine Jacobson Schwartz & Nash and at Therrel Baisden & Meyer Weiss as an associate lawyer. In 1992 she moved to independent practice. Since that year she has served as president and sole shareholder of the Law Offices of Cindy S. Vova, P.A.
Ms. Vova holds admission in Florida and Georgia and is also admitted to the Eleventh Circuit. She was a member of the Broward College Institute for Economic Development from 2011 to 2012.
Her practice is conducted through her firm, where she manages the office and the work that comes through it. She maintains a presence in a Boca office as well as a main office. Over the years she has balanced private practice management with involvement in local philanthropic and educational initiatives. Her license to practice remains active and she continues to work on matters brought in the jurisdictions where she is admitted.
