About Cindy
Cindy Campbell earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2015. She completed a rigorous legal education at a law school known for training lawyers in both advocacy and public service. Her time there included classroom work and practical exercises that prepared her for courtroom procedure and client counseling.
After law school, Campbell moved into private practice. She has spent the years since earning her degree working on matters that require steady judgment and careful legal analysis. Colleagues describe her as methodical in her approach to cases and attentive to the details that matter to clients. She has handled pleadings, motions, and client communications that span routine filings to more complex procedural issues.
Campbell’s courtroom experience has included appearances on behalf of clients in various state proceedings. She has prepared witnesses, taken depositions and argued procedural motions. Those experiences shaped her view of the practice: preparation changes outcomes. She expects every filing to reflect thought and clarity.
Outside the courtroom, Campbell has written memoranda and briefs tackling thorny legal questions. Her writing aims for clarity rather than flourish. She prioritizes the facts and the law, mapping the connection between the two for judges and opposing counsel. That work often requires sifting through records and crafting arguments under time pressure.
At present, Campbell is an associate at Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine, LLP. The firm provides a setting where she handles matters for individuals and businesses. Her colleagues note that she contributes to case strategy and client work, participating in both litigation tasks and transactional support where needed.
Cindy Campbell continues to practice actively and to take on assignments that test her analytical skills and courtroom readiness. She currently practices at Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, where she provides legal services to the firm's clients.
