About Christopher

Christopher Vaughn-Martel began his academic journey at Marist College, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in History, Psychology and Secondary Education in 2000. He continued his studies at Suffolk University Law School and earned his Juris Doctor in 2006. Those years shaped both his approach to legal reasoning and his interest in serving clients in Massachusetts courts.

After law school he settled into practice in Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice in the state and built experience across a range of matters that typically arise in state courts and administrative forums. Early clients recall a lawyer who explained options plainly and who placed emphasis on preparing cases thoroughly before negotiations or hearings.

Over time Vaughn-Martel moved from associate-level work into running his own office. He practices from VAUGHN-MARTEL LAW, where he manages client intake, litigation strategy and day-to-day case work. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he breaks complex problems into manageable pieces and sets clear steps for clients to follow. He balances courtroom preparation with attention to documents and deadlines.

His legal writing and courtroom time reflect a practitioner comfortable with both detail and argument. He handles discovery, motions practice and client counseling, tailoring his approach to the needs of each matter. While he does not limit himself to a single niche, he often deals with disputes and administrative proceedings that require careful factual development and clear legal analysis.

Outside of litigation, Vaughn-Martel spends time on case management systems and local rules. He keeps current on procedural changes that affect case timing and evidentiary issues. That practical attention helps clients understand the likely course of litigation and the trade-offs that come with settlement versus trial.

Today he maintains a private practice in Massachusetts at VAUGHN-MARTEL LAW. He concentrates his practice on state-level legal matters, representing individuals and organizations through counseling, negotiation and litigation.
