Mr. Martens earned his Juris Doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law & Government Policy, graduating in 2003. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at an undisclosed institution. During his time at Oak Brook College, he focused on criminal law and government policy, laying the foundation for his future legal career.
Mr. Martens concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, DUI/DWI defense, and white-collar crimes. He represents individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, including drug crimes, fraud, theft, and violent crimes. He is also a certified mediator through the Tulare County Superior Court mediation program.
