About Christopher
Christopher Parker-Cyrus has spent more than two decades practicing law in Florida. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993 and moved into private practice soon after. The path he took placed him squarely in courtroom and client work from early on.
After law school he entered the legal community in Florida and, in 1996, opened his own practice. Since then he has managed the Law Offices of Christopher Parker-Cyrus. He has overseen the firm’s daily operations and handled matters that require in-court representation as well as negotiation outside the courtroom.
His work covers criminal defense and related areas. He represents people charged with DUI and other criminal offenses. He also handles personal injury claims for clients seeking recovery after accidents. His caseload involves individual clients more often than corporate matters. That orientation shapes how he prepares cases and counsels people about legal risks and outcomes.
Parker-Cyrus is active in professional circles. He maintains membership in The Alachua County Bar Association, The Osceola County Bar Association and The Orange County Bar Association. He is also a member of The American Association for Justice and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. These affiliations connect him to colleagues across several Florida counties and to national organizations that focus on trial work.
Colleagues and clients encounter an attorney who prefers clear, direct communication. In practice he pays attention to the procedural steps that matter in criminal and injury cases. He prepares for hearings, files timely motions and engages in plea discussions or settlement talks as the situation requires. He balances courtroom readiness with case-by-case assessment of whether negotiation serves a client’s interests better than trial.
The Orlando office serves as the base for his work. There he meets clients, prepares filings and appears in nearby courts. Over the years his office has handled cases arising from traffic incidents, more serious personal injury matters and a range of criminal charges.
He works from his office in Orlando under the name Law Offices of Christopher Parker-Cyrus, where he concentrates on personal injury, DUI and criminal defense matters.
