About Christopher
Christopher Miller has spent more than two decades in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courtrooms. He earned a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993 and a J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1996. Those academic years laid the groundwork for a career centered on litigation and trial work.
He began practicing soon after law school, joining DeFalice & Douglas, P.C. as an associate in 1997. Two years later he moved to Edgar Snyder & Associates, LLC and spent much of the 2000s developing courtroom experience. In 2009 he served as an associate at Berger and Green, P.C. before forming a partnership in 2011 at DelVecchio & Miller, LLC. The partnership marks the longest phase of his legal career.
Miller’s résumé shows steady involvement in trial organizations across western Pennsylvania. He joined the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association in 2000 and took on a series of officer roles over the next decade, including treasurer, secretary, vice president and president-elect, before serving as president from 2014 to 2015 and then immediate past president through 2016. Those positions placed him in the center of a regional network of trial lawyers and organizational governance.
On a statewide level he has been part of the Pennsylvania Association For Justice since 2000 and has served on its Board of Governors since 2009. He is also a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and a long-time member of the American Association for Justice, where records show participation beginning in 2004, including designation as an Advocate.
Since 2019 Miller has been associated with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. That role involves engagement with regulatory and professional responsibility issues affecting the bar. His involvement in these boards and associations reflects sustained participation in the institutions that shape trial practice in the region.
Clients and colleagues describe him as a trial lawyer who prefers to concentrate on litigation and courtroom work rather than transactional practice. At DelVecchio & Miller, LLC he continues to represent clients in contested matters and handle trials and hearings in state courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He remains active in professional organizations and in bar governance.
He practices as a partner at DelVecchio & Miller, LLC and focuses on litigation and trial representation.
