About Christopher
Christopher LoBianco earned his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2009 after completing a bachelor’s degree in political science at Florida State University in 2005. He entered the legal profession soon after law school and has maintained ties to the Tallahassee academic community through alumni and professional events.
His early career began in small firm settings. In 2010 he worked at Leigh James & Associates. By 2012 he had moved to Hunt Green & James, gaining experience in day-to-day litigation and client counseling. In 2015 he joined Owenby Law, LLC. The following year he took a position at Douglas Law Office, where he has handled a range of matters for clients in Florida.
Over the years LoBianco has become active in professional organizations that concentrate on courtroom craft and ethical practice. He joined the Florida Family Law American Inn of Court in 2016 and has remained a member. In 2020 he was admitted as a Barrister in the American Inns of Court, a position that involves mentoring, case-study discussions, and programs designed to improve trial advocacy and legal professionalism.
Colleagues describe him as steady and practical in the courtroom. He has worked in firms that handle contested matters and negotiations, and his practice reflects experience in family law issues alongside related civil matters. He is licensed to practice in Florida and has worked across firm settings, adapting to different caseloads and procedural environments as his career progressed.
LoBianco’s approach relies on careful preparation and attention to the procedural details that shape outcomes in family and civil cases. He balances client-facing responsibilities with continuing legal education and peer engagement through the Inns of Court. That mix of courtroom orientation and membership in legal organizations informs how he manages cases and advises clients.
As of 2026 he practices at Douglas Law Office in Florida. His current practice focuses on family law and related disputes in Florida state courts.
