About Christopher
Christopher Eads built his legal path in Tennessee courts. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee. Colleagues and clients know him for steady courtroom work and a succession of roles in regional firms before he opened his own practice.
Eads completed undergraduate studies at Cumberland University, earning a B.A. in Business in 2011. He went on to study law at Appalachian School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2015. Those academic steps preceded a string of early-career positions that put him into courtrooms and client conferences across the state.
His professional record begins at a regional defense firm in 2016. He moved to McAngus Goudelock & Courie in 2017 and then joined Hall Booth Smith, P.C. in 2020. Each stop added to his litigation experience and familiarity with Tennessee procedural practice. In 2021 he established The Law Offices of Christopher Eads, PLLC, taking over the duties of running a small firm while continuing to represent clients directly.
The roles he has held have involved civil litigation and defense work in state and federal arenas. He has handled matters that require appearances in Tennessee’s trial courts and the three federal districts that cover the state. That practical courtroom experience informs how he approaches case preparation and client counseling. He aims to give clients clear options and direct guidance about next steps.
Eads maintains membership in several professional groups. He is active in the Nashville Bar Association, the Wilson County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Those memberships keep him connected to local practice rules and developments in state law. He also participates in professional networks that include neighboring attorneys and court personnel.
Running his own firm has shifted some of his time toward administrative and business tasks, but he continues to take cases and appear in court. He handles litigation matters in Tennessee state and federal courts and advises clients on procedural and defensive strategies. He currently represents clients in a range of civil matters in Tennessee courts.
