Christine S — Eatmon is a family law attorney based in Wake Forest, North Carolina. She is the owner of Eatmon Law Firm PC, where she focuses exclusively on family law matters. Prior to law school, she served in the United States Marine Corps at MCAS Cherry Point in North Carolina. After her military service, she worked as a legal assistant and later as a paralegal in the family law section of Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP in Raleigh. In 2009, she established her own practice, Eatmon Law Firm PC, in Wake Forest. Her practice encompasses many family law services, including adoption, child custody, child support, and divorce. She is also experienced in handling domestic violence cases and offers arbitration and mediation services. She has co-authored family law-related manuscripts for Continuing Legal Education for the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and the North Carolina Bar Foundation. She was a revising editor of the Domestic Violence chapter for the 2nd Edition of the North Carolina Family Law Claims Book.
Ms. Eatmon is actively involved in the legal community. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and the 10th Judicial District Bar. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers, being selected to the Rising Stars list from 2012 to 2015 and to the Super Lawyers list from 2017 to 2026. She has also been recognized by Business North Carolina as a Legal Elite in Family Law. In addition to her professional work, Ms. Eatmon is committed to community service.
