About Christine Pina
Christine Pina Rosengreen earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2006. She arrived at the profession at a moment when family law was changing fast. Court dockets were fuller and mediation was moving from the margins into routine practice. Rosengreen chose a path that combined courtroom work with negotiated outcomes.
She is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. Early in her career she began handling family law matters across the two states, learning how different state rules affect the same family dispute. Over time she added formal training in alternative dispute resolution. She is a Certified Family Law Mediator in the State of Missouri, a credential that allows her to guide parties toward settlements outside the courtroom.
Her practice centers on family law and the practical problems that bring people to a lawyer’s door. She handles divorce cases that involve financial and parenting questions. She works on custody arrangements, property division and the collateral matters that often accompany domestic relations disputes. Mediation is a prominent part of her work. She spends time preparing clients for mediated sessions, drafting agreements and helping translate negotiated terms into enforceable documents.
Rosengreen maintains professional ties in the Kansas City legal community. She is a member of the Kansas City Metro Bar Association. That affiliation keeps her connected to local judges and fellow practitioners. It also provides a steady flow of continuing education and practical discussion about how courts apply evolving statutes and precedent in family matters.
Her office affiliation is with Joseph Hollander & Craft LLC. There she handles client intake, case strategy and day-to-day litigation tasks. She balances litigation readiness with efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation. Clients see in her a lawyer who moves between the courtroom and the conference room as needed.
Her work is practical and client-centered rather than headline-driven. She prepares for hearings, drafts settlement documents and conducts mediation sessions. She keeps abreast of the procedural and substantive differences between Kansas and Missouri family law. She currently practices family law and provides mediation services at Joseph Hollander & Craft LLC.
