After completing her law degree, she was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2005. This lets the attorney practice law in all California courts. Christine began her legal career defending individual clients and corporations in civil litigation cases — Her focus areas included insurance bad faith, construction defects, personal injury, and broker liability.

During this time, she worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Kenneth Greenfield and Skane Wilcox. These experiences helped her develop a strong work ethic and sharpen her legal skills. She gained a reputation for her dedication and thoroughness, which laid the groundwork for her future endeavors. In 2016, Christine took a significant step by founding the Law Office of Christine Padilla. This new venture allowed her to concentrate on estate planning and probate services, areas she identified as critical for individuals and families. Her expertise is particularly valuable in navigating the probate process in the San Diego Superior Courts, where she has built a solid reputation.
