About Christine J
Christine J Kuntz earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. She completed a program that combined legal study with public health training in the same year, an uncommon pairing that shaped the way she approaches problems from the start. The dual degrees gave her grounding in legal analysis and in the scientific and policy concerns that often accompany disputes touching on health, safety and regulation.
She began her legal career after finishing law school. Kuntz is authorized to practice in Pennsylvania. Early on she applied the interdisciplinary training from Pittsburgh to routine client counseling and to matters that required careful attention to regulatory frameworks. Her background allows her to translate technical public health concepts into practical legal arguments, and to advise clients who face both compliance questions and litigation risks.
Over time she built a practice informed by that mix of disciplines. Colleagues describe her as methodical and precise in how she evaluates facts and statutes. She prefers clear, direct writing and organizes cases so that clients understand the legal choices before them. That approach appeals to organizations and individuals who confront detailed policy issues or who must reconcile scientific information with legal obligations.
Kuntz joined Concerto Law and works from that firm in Pennsylvania. At Concerto Law she handles matters that arise under state law, representing clients in a range of legal proceedings and providing counsel on regulatory and compliance concerns. Her training in public health sometimes figures into the cases she takes, particularly when legal questions intersect with medical, environmental or institutional practices.
Outside of client work she maintains professional ties in the state bar and to local legal circles. She continues to draw on the dual perspectives she acquired at the University of Pittsburgh, combining legal judgment with attention to the policy and factual issues that often drive disputes. She currently practices at Concerto Law and handles matters arising under Pennsylvania law.
