About Christine

Christine Frieder earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2007. She spent part of her law school years working as a Student Analyst for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections in 2006, an early role that placed her at the intersection of law and public process. The combination of an urban northeastern law school experience and hands-on work with election administration shaped her early legal perspective.

After graduation she entered practice in Alabama and secured admission to the bar there as well as to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. That dual admission allows her to represent clients in both state and federal settings. She is active in local and statewide professional groups, including the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association. Those memberships place her in regular contact with criminal defense peers and the broader legal community in Madison County.

Her career path has been steady rather than flashy. She built courtroom experience and client-handling skills through state and federal appearances. The record shows a practitioner who values procedural competence and careful case preparation. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in the courtroom and attentive to the details that often matter most to judges and juries, rather than someone who seeks headlines.

Frieder practices under her own name, operating as Christine Frieder, Lawyer at Law. Running a solo practice requires shifting between client counseling, courtroom preparation, and the administrative work of managing a practice. She has continued to maintain connections to the professional associations that reflect her day-to-day legal work, which keeps her current on changes in criminal procedure and court practice in Alabama.

Her public résumé includes early work in election administration, membership in criminal defense and local bar organizations, and active practice in state and federal courts in northern Alabama. She appears regularly in matters that require courtroom presence and individualized client advocacy. That mix of background and ongoing engagement with local bar groups shapes how she approaches cases.

She currently represents clients in matters before Alabama state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
