About Christina M.

Christina M. Miner earned her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2008. She previously completed a Master of Science at the University of Central Florida in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science at UCF in 1996. Those degrees framed an early interest in public service and legal practice that has guided her career in Florida.

After law school, Miner entered public-sector work. She served as Assistant Regional Counsel at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel beginning in 2009. In that capacity she handled cases on behalf of the office and gained courtroom experience representing public clients. By 2011 she was listed as a senior lawyer at the Florida Department of Children and Families, a role that placed her in the middle of agency decision-making and administrative matters. That same year she also worked in private practice at The Veliz Law Office as an associate, moving between government and private roles while building a varied caseload.

Over the next decade Miner continued in private practice across several Central Florida firms. In 2016 she joined Giles & Robinson, P.A. as an associate and in 2018 she worked at The Orlando Law Group, P.L. In 2019 she became an associate at Bloodworth Law, PLLC. These positions reflect steady movement through firms that handled litigation and client representation in Florida courts. The sequence shows a practitioner who has spent time both in agency roles and in law firms, adapting to different institutional settings and types of client work.

Colleagues describe Miner as someone who combines public-agency experience with routine litigation practice. Her background includes representation tied to the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel and service at the Department of Children and Families, experiences that informed her approach to contested matters and administrative proceedings. Over the years she has handled filings, appearances, and case preparation in state forums across Florida.

Miner is admitted to practice in Florida and continues to work in the state. She is currently an attorney at Bloodworth Law, PLLC, where she represents clients in matters brought in Florida courts and administrative bodies.
