About Christina Elliott
Christina Elliott Campbell earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2003, where she studied advocacy and dispute resolution. She completed her undergraduate degree in management at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998. Those two schools anchored her early formation: one taught the mechanics of lawyering, the other the structures of business and organization.
After law school she established herself in Georgia’s legal community. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and has built a practice that blends courtroom work and client counseling. In 2011 she became principal lawyer of The Campbell Law Practice, LLC, taking on responsibility for case strategy, client intake, and the day-to-day running of the small firm.
Her time as principal has involved both litigation and negotiated resolutions. Colleagues describe a lawyer who prepares cases thoroughly and seeks solutions that match a client’s circumstances. Since 2019 she has served as secretary of the Georgia Council of Adoption Lawyers, Inc., a role that has kept her connected to peers who handle adoption matters across the state. She also maintains memberships in local professional organizations related to family law.
Campbell’s law school emphasis on advocacy and dispute resolution informs how she approaches cases. She uses mediation and other dispute-resolution tools when they suit a client’s goals. She also pursues litigation when a court decision is necessary. That balance shapes the way she evaluates risk and advises clients.
Her practice includes work on adoption matters and related family law issues. She has counseled prospective adoptive parents, handled stepparent adoption filings, and managed the legal steps that accompany changes in parental status. The firm’s work also touches on custody, guardianship, and the procedural aspects that follow family transitions.
Throughout her career she has combined legal procedural knowledge with attention to the personal stakes that often accompany family law. She runs a small practice that handles both the paperwork and the court appearances that these matters require. As of 2026 she continues to serve clients through The Campbell Law Practice, LLC, concentrating her practice on adoption and family law matters.
