About Christina Aliene

Christina Aliene Goldberg built her legal foundation at the University of Central Florida, where she earned a B.A. in Legal Studies in 2003. She finished law school at Stetson University College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. The early years after law school set the stage for a career that combined courtroom work and firm leadership.

Goldberg moved into firm management while continuing to practice. In 2013 she became a managing shareholder at Barak & Goldberg, P.A., a role that expanded her responsibilities beyond case work to include administrative and strategic duties. Three years later she took on a managing role at Luhrsen Goldberg, adding another layer to her professional portfolio. Those positions reflect steady progression from a practicing attorney to someone who splits time between client representation and running a law office.

Her professional affiliations are broad and local. Goldberg is a member of the Florida State Bar, joining in 2007 and maintaining active membership. She also belongs to the Florida Justice Association and to both the Manatee County and Sarasota County bar associations. Those ties connect her to peers across the region and to organizations that shape practice standards in the state.

Colleagues and clients have encountered Goldberg in court and in meetings where practical decisions are made. Her career shows repeated involvement in firm leadership while she continued to handle matters for clients. That combination means she sometimes handles the managerial side of a firm’s operations and at other times focuses on files and litigation tasks, depending on priorities.

Outside job titles and memberships, Goldberg’s path is one of steady advancement within Florida’s legal community. She maintained an educational arc from a state undergraduate degree to a state law school, then turned that training into a dual role as lawyer and manager. Today she remains active in state and local bar groups and in the firms where she has served in management. Her current practice focuses on serving clients in Florida through the firms where she holds management roles.
