About Christian V.
Christian V. McOmber built a practice from the ground up and today leads a New Jersey law firm as managing partner. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University. Those academic steps set the stage for a career that blends courtroom work and case management.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Over the years he has moved into leadership at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., where he carries responsibility for both major cases and the everyday running of the firm. His role involves overseeing litigation strategy, supervising fellow lawyers, and making decisions about how the firm allocates resources on complex matters.
McOmber also serves in public roles outside the office. Since 2010 he has been a volunteer arbitrator for the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs’ Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit. In that capacity he hears disputes, reviews evidence, and issues determinations in consumer-related cases. He has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association since 2010, maintaining ties to the state’s legal community and staying current on developments in practice and procedure.
At the firm he handles a wide array of courtroom and pretrial work. His experience spans matters that require attention at both the trial and appellate levels. He represents clients in state court and in federal matters where appellate review in the Third Circuit is a possibility. Within the office he is a point of contact for complex litigation and for coordinating responses to evolving legal issues.
Colleagues describe him as a practical manager of litigation teams and a steady presence in hearings and arbitration sessions. He balances case preparation with administrative duties. That combination influences how cases are staffed and how legal strategies are executed across the firm.
Today McOmber remains managing partner of McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., practicing in New Jersey and handling matters that may reach the Third Circuit when appellate review is needed.
