Christian Kim is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kim is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Christian Kim, a criminal defense firm located in Irvine, California. He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout Orange County and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Kim earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he graduated in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1996. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was recognized on the Dean's List and served as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
Mr. Kim concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, including cases involving assault, battery, burglary, domestic violence, drug offenses, and DUI/DWI charges. He represents individuals at all stages of the criminal justice process, from initial case evaluation and pre-trial motions to trial proceedings and appeals. Mr. Kim is an active member of the California State Bar and holds membership in the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Korean American Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Korean American Bar Association and has been involved in community outreach programs, including lecturing on criminal law topics at community law schools.
