About Christian Francis

Christian Francis Schoepp took a direct route into law school and then into practice. He earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2019. That academic training provided the foundation for the courtroom work and filings that would follow.

After law school Schoepp moved into practice in jurisdictions that reflect both state and federal work. He is authorized to appear in Florida and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters at different procedural levels, from state proceedings to specialized federal appellate work.

Schoepp’s caseload has included filings and litigation that require attention to appellate procedure and federal statutes. He has prepared briefs and legal memoranda and has participated in the sort of written advocacy that appellate courts expect. He has also handled matters that arise in state forums in Florida, where procedural rules and local practice carry particular weight.

Colleagues describe Schoepp as a lawyer who attends to detail in pleadings and filings. He approaches research methodically and arranges arguments so they are clear on the page and in the courtroom. That style fits work that requires translating complex legal questions into concise appellate briefs and clear trial-court filings. He moves between statutory questions and procedural strategy, and he aims to keep each client’s position tightly aligned with the governing rules.

Schoepp practices at Obront Corey, PLLC. At the firm he works on matters that intersect state and federal law, preparing appellate briefs, handling motions, and advising on procedural options available to litigants. He participates in courtroom practice and in the preparation of written submissions for administrative and appellate review. He is based in a practice that serves clients with cases arising in Florida and matters that require admission to the Federal Circuit.

Outside the courtroom, Schoepp’s record shows a focus on clear written advocacy and an interest in the procedures that shape appellate outcomes. He continues to build his practice at Obront Corey, PLLC, concentrating on litigation and appellate matters in Florida and before the Federal Circuit.
