About Christi T.
Christi T. Dupont completed undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, earning a B.S. in sociology in 2017 after beginning her studies in 2013. She went on to attend the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, enrolling in 2017 and receiving her J.D. in 2020. Her law school years included clinic placements and research assignments that exposed her to both public defense and tax-related legal work.
Her earliest legal work dates back to 2011, when she served as a law clerk and secretary at Trautman Dupont Law Offices and completed an internship with the Arizona Justice Project. Those early positions gave her practical experience in client intake and case management. In law school she supplemented classroom work with hands-on roles. She was a student lawyer at the Rosenblum Family Foundation Tax Clinic and served at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. She also worked as a graduate research assistant at the Wiener-Rogers Law Library and interned for Judge Cindy Giuliani.
After graduation, Dupont returned to private practice and to firms where she had previously held clerk roles. She was a law clerk at Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C., then joined that firm as an attorney in 2020. She later practiced at Marathon Law Group, PLLC in 2022 and at Robinson Law Group in 2023. In 2024 she began working at Carlson & Work. Her resume reflects a mix of public sector clinical work and private firm litigation, along with experience in office administration from earlier in her career.
Dupont is admitted to practice in Nevada and before several federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She also holds a practitioner certification for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She has been an active member of the Clark County Bar Association since 2020 and served on the board of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Lawyers as treasurer from 2020 to 2024.
Colleagues describe her path as steady and practical. Her record shows courtroom exposure at state and federal levels, clinic-based representation during her studies, and a sequence of firm positions that expanded her litigation experience. She currently practices at Carlson & Work, where her work includes litigation in Nevada and in federal courts.
