About Christa
Christa Levko earned a Bachelor of Arts from Lebanon Valley College and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School in 2015. She completed law school the same year she received her J.D., and soon after began practicing in the mid-Atlantic region. Her education laid a straightforward foundation for a career spent in state and federal courtrooms.
Early in her career Levko built courtroom experience by taking on matters that required appearances in both state and federal forums. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those credentials have allowed her to handle proceedings from initial pleadings through hearings and, where necessary, trial work.
Levko joined Kraemer, Manes, & Associates, where she has worked on a mix of contested matters. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She prepares records carefully and places emphasis on clear advocacy in court filings and oral argument. She also handles client counseling tied to litigation strategy, explaining legal options and potential outcomes in direct terms.
Her practice experience spans matters that arise in both state and federal systems. That includes drafting motions, conducting discovery, and representing clients at pretrial conferences and evidentiary hearings. She is comfortable operating in multiparty cases and in matters that require coordination with opposing counsel, experts, and court staff. Her familiarity with local federal rules has informed her filings in the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Outside of courtroom work, Levko maintains professional connections in the legal community. Since finishing law school she has kept current with continuing legal education requirements and the procedural developments that affect litigation practice in her jurisdictions. Her colleagues note a steady emphasis on procedural precision and timely case management.
Clients and fellow lawyers can expect concise written submissions and direct courtroom presentation. Levko balances preparation for trial with attention to opportunities to resolve disputes short of trial when that outcome serves a client’s interests. She practices at Kraemer, Manes, & Associates and handles matters across Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both state and federal courts.
Her current practice concentrates on litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
