About Chris

Chris Kloeker graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He completed a law degree that prepared him for courtroom work and public service. The law school years also included internships and clerkships that pointed toward a career in litigation and appellate practice.

Early in his career he worked as a litigation clerk at Cincinnati Insurance Company. He then served as a clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. That federal clerkship gave him firsthand experience in appellate procedures and opinion drafting.

Kloeker also clerked at the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts. He spent time as a legal intern at the Campbell County Lawyer’s Office. Those roles exposed him to case management, court filings, and the mechanics of local and regional courts.

He is admitted to practice in Kentucky. His practice background combines insurance-defense work, appellate exposure, and county-level court administration. The variety of early positions means he has seen cases from multiple angles: insurer perspective, appellate review, and local court processing.

Kloeker has taken part in professional and volunteer activities. He serves as a volunteer with KYLAP. That work has connected him with pro bono efforts and community legal services. Other memberships are noted as current but are not detailed here.

He founded and practices at KLOEKER LAW, PLLC. The firm carries the name he uses for private practice. His time in clerking roles and in-house litigation work informs how he prepares and presents matters for clients. He brings courtroom experience and appellate knowledge into his daily practice.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in drafting filings and rigorous in reviewing procedural posture. He has handled tasks ranging from drafting bench memoranda to managing litigation timelines. Those skills translate into a practice that attends closely to deadlines and to appellate preservation when cases move beyond trial court.

He remains based in Kentucky and continues to work on civil litigation and appellate matters. He divides his time between private practice at KLOEKER LAW, PLLC and volunteer service, and he maintains an active role in cases that proceed through state and federal stages. His current practice focuses on litigation and appellate work in Kentucky.
