Born and raised in North Carolina, Kallianos has deep roots in the state. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984. This foundational education laid the groundwork for his understanding of human behavior, which would later benefit his legal career. In 1987, he continued his studies at the same institution, obtaining his Juris Doctor. That same year, he passed the bar exam and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
In 1997, Kallianos co-founded Warren & Kallianos, PLLC, a law firm dedicated to personal injury cases. Located at 301 S McDowell Street, Suite 610, Charlotte, NC 28204, the firm has become a trusted name in the local legal community. Since its inception, Kallianos has served as a member and manager, guiding the firm through numerous complex cases and building a reputation for excellence in client representation. Beyond his legal practice, Kallianos is actively involved in various professional and community organizations. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, where he has served on the Board of Governors and as a Sustaining Patron.
His commitment to advocacy is further demonstrated through his membership in the American Association for Justice and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Additionally, Kallianos is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes attorneys who have achieved significant verdicts and settlements. Kallianos has also made significant contributions to his community in Matthews, North Carolina. He served as Mayor Pro-Tem and as a Commissioner of the Matthews Town Council, where he played a key role in local governance. His leadership extended to the Providence Plantation Racquet and Swim Club, where he served as President and on the Board of Directors.
