About Cheryl
Cheryl Fletcher followed a steady academic path before entering the Florida bar. She combined undergraduate study in political science with graduate work in international relations, then completed law school in Florida. That sequence shaped a broad view of public affairs and law.
She earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of the West Indies in 2003. She stayed at the same university for a Master of Science in International Relations, awarded in 2005. Later she returned to the United States to study law and received her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2015.
After finishing law school, Fletcher was admitted to practice in Florida in 2015. She joined The Florida Bar that year and also became a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Those memberships have marked her professional standing in the state since her admission.
Her career has been rooted in private practice. She practices under the name Fletcher Law Office, P.A. The firm serves clients in matters that arise under Florida law. She works directly with clients and appears in state forums as needed.
Colleagues and local peers know her primarily through bar activity and client work rather than through publicized cases. She has maintained active memberships in both the statewide bar and the county bar since her admission. That steady participation keeps her connected to the legal community and to the procedural changes that affect daily practice.
Fletcher’s background in political science and international relations informs how she approaches legal questions. It contributes to a perspective that values context, policy considerations and precise analysis. Her law school training provided the professional and procedural grounding to apply those perspectives in Florida courts and administrative settings.
Today she continues to practice at Fletcher Law Office, P.A., representing clients in matters across Florida. Her work is conducted from that office and framed by her long-standing admission to the Florida bar.
