Cheryl Ann Smith is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. Her license is currently in active status. She has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the Bay Area.
Ms. Smith earned her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she graduated in 2005. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Golden Gate University, receiving a degree in 2002. During her time at Golden Gate University School of Law, she was actively involved in various student organizations and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Ms. Smith concentrates her practice in the area of juvenile law. She represents minors and their families in matters involving child welfare, delinquency, and dependency proceedings.
