About Cherise Dyann
Cherise Dyann Loy is the founding member of Loy Law, P.L.L.C., situated in Reston, Virginia. With over 25 years of legal experience, she has dedicated her career to various areas of law, including personal injury, criminal law, DUI & DWI, and family law. Her extensive background equips her to handle complex legal matters effectively. Ms. Loy earned her Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in 1999. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1994. Ms.
Loy began her legal career by clerking for Robert D — Dain, where she played a pivotal role in the formation of Dain, Oxley & Associates. This firm later evolved into Dain, Oxley, Markley & Nicoli, PLLC. After being admitted to the Virginia State Bar, she joined this firm, where she handled a diverse array of legal issues.
