About Charlie E.
Charlie E. Farah earned his B.A. from the University of North Florida in 1985 and completed his law degree at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, in 1990. He joined the Florida Bar the same year and has maintained membership there since 1990. Those academic credentials set the stage for a legal career spent largely in state courts across Florida and parts of Georgia.
Farah has practiced at Farah & Farah. He is a member of several professional organizations that reflect an emphasis on courtroom practice, including the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He also holds membership in the Jacksonville Bar Association and has remained a member of the Florida Bar Association since his admission.
His work has centered on litigation. Over the years he has handled matters that proceed through discovery and into trial, representing clients in hearings and before juries. That pattern of practice is consistent with his participation in trial-focused professional groups and with a career spent in trial courts rather than exclusively in transactional work.
The firm where he practices maintains a substantial presence across the Southeast. Offices are listed in numerous Florida communities — Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Melbourne, Fort Myers, Daytona Beach, Gainesville, St. Augustine, Ocala, Orange Park, Lake City and others — and in several Georgia cities, including Savannah, Macon, Albany, Atlanta, Valdosta, Waycross and Brunswick. That geographic reach allows him to appear in courts across multiple counties and districts when cases require in-person advocacy.
Colleagues and court records reflect a lawyer experienced in courtroom procedures and in managing litigation through its various phases. He has been active in the bar and in organizations that provide resources for trial lawyers, which has informed his courtroom work and case-handling practices. His career spans more than three decades of practicing law in Florida.
As of 2026 he continues to practice at Farah & Farah and his current practice focuses on civil trial matters in Florida.
