Mr. Daff earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1977. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fullerton, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1974. During his time at Western State University, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which has been instrumental in his successful legal career.
Mr. Daff specializes in bankruptcy law, focusing on personal and small business bankruptcy cases. He represents clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, assisting both debtors and creditors. His practice encompasses all stages of bankruptcy cases, including initial consultations, filing petitions, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in trials. He also serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in the Riverside Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, a role he has held since 1987.
Throughout his career, Mr. Daff has been admitted to practice before all state courts in California, as well as all U.S. District Courts in California and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He has extensive experience representing clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, in all its divisions. In addition to his private practice, he has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in the Riverside Division for over 33 years. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
