About Charles

Charles Malolo took an unconventional route to law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance, emphasizing guitar, from Utah State University in 2006. A few years later he completed his Juris Doctor at Texas Tech University School of Law in 2011. That combination of a performance background and legal training shaped an approach to work that blends attention to detail with steadiness under pressure.

After law school he entered private practice. In 2011 he joined a partnership, practicing under the name Willingham & Malolo, PLLC. That early period was formative. He handled a range of matters, developed courtroom experience and began to build a client base in Texas. Three years later he launched his own practice. In 2014 he opened Malolo Law Office PLLC and continued to serve individuals and businesses in the state.

Throughout his career he has maintained membership in professional organizations. Those affiliations have kept him connected to peers and the broader legal community in Texas. He is admitted to practice in Texas and has centered his professional life there. The record shows steady practice rather than frequent moves between firms or jurisdictions.

Colleagues describe him as practical and direct in client meetings. He approaches each matter factually and puts options on the table. In court he has advocated for clients and managed litigation files; in the office he has advised on transactional issues and everyday legal concerns. He has handled both one-off disputes and ongoing client needs, balancing courtroom work with advisement and negotiation.

Running his own office has meant managing the business side of the practice as well as the legal work. Since founding his firm he has overseen case management, client intake and the administrative tasks that come with private practice. That experience has given him a view of law practice that spans both lawyering and firm operations.

He practices out of The Malolo Law Office, PLLC in Texas. He continues to accept new matters and to represent clients in the state. He focuses his practice at The Malolo Law Office, PLLC on advising and representing clients in matters brought in Texas courts and administrative forums.
