About Charles Johnstone

Charles M. Johnstone II, known as "Sonny," is the managing member of Johnstone & Gabhart, LLP, a law firm based in Charleston, West Virginia. He has been practicing law since 1988, serving clients in West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. Sonny earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1988.

He also holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Kentucky, both obtained in 1985. His practice areas include personal injury, business law, and real estate law. He has successfully handled cases involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, mining accidents, medical malpractice, and industrial accidents.
