About Charles
Charles Hendricks built a legal career that began in the classroom and moved steadily into private practice. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire in 1995 and completed his J.D. at Drake University Law School in 1999. Those years shaped his interest in property and transactional work and set the stage for a practice rooted in Midwestern real estate law.
He entered practice as an associate at Lipman Law Office in 1999. That role gave him early exposure to closings, title searches and client counseling in everyday real estate matters. In 2003 he joined Wasker Dorr Wimmer & Marcouiller, P.C. as an associate, where he expanded on transactional experience and handled a broader docket of property-related files. He later formed Law Office Charles W. Hendricks, P.C., where he serves as president and oversees client matters and office operations.
Hendricks is licensed to practice law in Iowa. He also holds participatory credentials from Title Guaranty, acting both as a participating abstractor and as a participating lawyer. Those certifications reflect a hands-on connection to title work and the procedural side of real estate transactions, including the preparation and review of title evidence used in closings and insurance underwriting.
On the professional association front he has been a member of the ISBA Real Estate and Title Law Council Section since 2016. That affiliation places him among attorneys who focus on title and property law and provides a forum for continuing education and the exchange of practice-oriented information. His involvement in bar-related activities complements the practical, office-side aspects of his work.
Over the years Hendricks has handled purchase and sale matters, title examinations, closings and related documentation. He works with individuals and businesses on routine transfers, resolves title issues and coordinates the flow of information among lenders, insurers and other parties. His practice reflects steady engagement with the paperwork, deadlines and local rules that govern property transfers in Iowa.
He is based at Law Office Charles W. Hendricks, P.C., and serves clients across the state of Iowa. He concentrates on real estate and title matters.
