About Chad Robert

Chad Robert Whitten is a fifth-generation Oklahoman who has devoted his legal career to the details of workers' compensation law. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1975, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. Subsequently, he pursued a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 1986. His education was complemented by a significant military commitment; from 1982 to 1986, he served as a U.S. Army Infantry officer, achieving the rank of Captain. During this time, he was a platoon leader and company executive officer with the 1st Infantry Division stationed in Germany. In 1989, Mr.

Whitten was admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar, starting his legal practice. Since then, he has focused exclusively on workers' compensation law, a field that demands both expertise and dedication. As a member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association, he has actively contributed to the legal community, ensuring that his clients receive the highest level of representation. His firm, Whitten Law Firm, a professional corporation, represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators before the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims and the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission. Established in 1958, the firm has specialized in workers' compensation law since 1984, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to this area of practice.
