About Chad

Chad Eisenback earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, completing the program in 2020 after beginning his legal studies in 2017. His time in law school included the routine rigors of clinics and courtroom exercises that shape new attorneys. He left Louisville with a law degree and a clear direction: work that connects the law to everyday problems faced by consumers.

He began his legal career in the region and expanded his practice footprint over the years. Eisenback is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. Those licenses have allowed him to handle matters across state lines and to build familiarity with the consumer protection landscape in multiple jurisdictions. He has balanced litigation, case preparation and client counseling in various settings.

Eisenback’s work centers on consumer law. He handles disputes tied to debt collection, credit reporting and other consumer-facing financial issues. His caseload has included contested matters that required formal pleadings and hearings, along with demand letters and negotiation. He also works on claims that stem from interactions between consumers and financial services companies, seeking resolution through litigation or settlement when appropriate.

Colleagues describe his approach as practical and detail-oriented. He emphasizes clear explanations for clients who are often navigating unfamiliar legal terrain. In the courtroom and at the negotiation table he relies on careful factual development and steady procedural work. That steady procedural work often means meticulous preparation of evidentiary records and attention to filing deadlines, both of which can shape outcomes in consumer disputes.

Eisenback is currently an attorney at Atlas Consumer Law. At the firm he continues to represent people in consumer protection matters and related litigation. He maintains his licenses in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee and manages cases that range from pre-suit demand and negotiation to contested court proceedings. His current practice centers on consumer protection and the enforcement of related rights.
