About Chad
Chad Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Mary in 2005 and received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2013. He moved steadily from classroom to courtroom support roles after law school. Those early years shaped how he approaches legal work today.
He began his post-law school career in clerking roles. In 2014 he worked at the John Ward Law Office, and the following year he served as a law clerk at Zuger Kirmis Smith. Those positions put him in the middle of case preparation and legal research. They also provided exposure to the daily demands of litigation and client files.
Also in 2015 Anderson opened the Chad Anderson Law Office and listed himself as counsel. He spent a period at Larson Latham Huettl in 2016, returning to private practice thereafter. By 2018 he was again practicing under his own firm name. That mix of firm experience and solo practice has been a constant in his career path.
Anderson is admitted to practice in North Dakota and the Federal Circuit. He is a current member of the State Bar of North Dakota. His record shows steady work inside the state legal community, combining courtroom preparation, client counseling and practice management across multiple settings.
Colleagues describe him as thorough in research and methodical in litigation preparation. Clients have encountered a lawyer who balances the administrative demands of running a solo office with the procedural work of case development. His background includes the routine tasks that keep a law practice functioning: filings, motions, hearings and client communication.
Today Anderson operates the Chad Anderson Law Office in North Dakota. He continues to represent clients in state and federal matters and manages the day-to-day operations of his practice. He now concentrates his practice on serving clients through his solo law office in North Dakota.
