Cecilia A. Tsang is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Tsang is a senior attorney at Bold, Polisner, Maddow, Nelson & Judson, A Professional Corporation, a law firm located in Sacramento, California. She has been practicing law for over 23 years, serving clients throughout the Sacramento area and surrounding regions.
Ms. Tsang earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she graduated in 2002. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1999. During her time at UC Davis, she was actively involved in various student organizations and developed a strong foundation in legal studies.
Ms. Tsang concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, trust administration, and mediation. She represents individuals and families in matters involving the creation of estate plans, administration of trusts and estates, and guardianship proceedings. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, document preparation, court filings, and mediation sessions aimed at resolving disputes without litigation.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tsang has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Sacramento and other counties within the state. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Bold, Polisner, Maddow, Nelson & Judson, she co-founded and served as a principal attorney at Family Wealth Law Group, PC, from 2009 to 2022, where she focused on estate planning and related legal services.
Ms. Tsang is an active member of the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, serving on its Board of Directors since 2011, and LeTip of Roseville, where she has been on the Board of Directors since 2010. She is also a member of the California State Bar. Ms. Tsang is fluent in English and is committed to providing comprehensive legal services to her clients, ensuring their estate planning needs are met with professionalism and care.
