Casey Xavier earned a J.D. from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2020 after beginning law studies in 2017. The years at Boyd School of Law coincided with practical legal training and early courtroom exposure. That mix of classroom and hands-on work shaped Xavier's entry into trial practice.
Xavier began legal work while still in law school. In 2018 they took a position as a law clerk at Claggett & Sykes Law Office. That role led to a trial lawyer position at the same firm after graduation in 2020. Those early years gave Xavier frequent case responsibility and regular time in depositions and hearings.
In 2020 Xavier joined professional organizations that align with civil litigation and equity causes. Memberships include the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association, the Nevada Justice Association, and The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. Those affiliations have provided ongoing professional development and local networking opportunities.
By 2022 Xavier moved to the Heidari Law Group as a trial lawyer. The move broadened experience in contested cases and reinforced courtroom skills against seasoned opposition. Later that year Xavier founded Xavier Injury Law, a small practice based in Nevada. The new firm, filed as Xavier Injury Law, PLLC, put trial experience at the center of the business model.
Xavier's practice centers on personal injury litigation and civil trial work in Nevada courts. The record shows steady progression from clerk to advocate and then to firm founder. Xavier takes cases through investigation, negotiation, and trial when necessary. The approach is procedural and case-driven rather than promotional.
Colleagues describe Xavier as prepared at the courthouse and direct in client communication. Court filings and courtroom appearances have formed the bulk of professional time since leaving the clerkship. Xavier's memberships in bar and advocacy organizations continue to inform courtroom strategy and case development.
Xavier remains based in Nevada and works primarily with clients injured in accidents and other civil harms. The firm continues to operate under the name Xavier Injury Law, PLLC. Xavier now focuses on representing injured individuals in Nevada.
