About Casey Langston
Casey Langston Lott is a managing partner at Langston & Lott, PLLC, a law firm based in Booneville, Mississippi. He specializes in personal injury, products liability, and business law. Casey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the Mississippi State Bar in 2005. He also holds membership in the Alabama State Bar. At Langston & Lott, established in 1964, Casey focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases, including burn litigation and trucking accidents.
The firm has secured multi-million-dollar awards for clients and is recognized for its success in complex litigation. During his tenure at Ole Miss, Casey was elected Vice President of the student chapter of the Mississippi Association for Justice in 2002 and 2003, and President in 2004. He was also a member of the law school’s Moot Court Board in 2003 and 2004, placing in the top four in both the 2003 Appellate Advocacy Competition and the 2004 Trial Advocacy Competition. Since entering practice, Casey has been involved in multi-district litigation, including serving on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Lipitor Products Liability Litigation and the Discovery Committee in the Bausch & Lomb ReNu with Moisture Loc MDL. He was appointed Chairman of the Subscribers’ Track State Liaison Committee in the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Antitrust MDL.
Casey is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Mississippi Association for Justice, where he served on the Board of Governors starting in 2005. He was named Young Lawyer of the Year for 2005-2006 by the Mississippi Association for Justice. In 2011, he was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, and in 2012, he was recognized as one of Mississippi’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to his professional achievements, Casey is committed to community service. He and his wife, Amanda, fund scholarships for students at Northeast Mississippi Community College through the Casey & Amanda Lott Scholarship and the Cynthia Langston Memorial Scholarship.
