About Caryn P.

Caryn P. Siperstein attended Brandeis University before earning her law degree at Brooklyn Law School. Her academic path combined a broad undergraduate education with professional legal training in New York. Those years established the framework she would use in a multi-jurisdictional practice.

Early in her career she secured admissions to several state bars, and she is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Florida and New York. That set of credentials has allowed her to work on matters that cross state lines and to advise clients who operate in more than one jurisdiction. She has moved between different legal settings over the years, applying the training from law school to real-world problems in courtrooms and conference rooms alike.

Siperstein’s practice has involved handling a range of legal issues that arise in civil practice. She has experience preparing filings, handling negotiations and appearing before administrative bodies and trial courts. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in her approach. She favors clear analysis and straightforward communication when presenting options to clients.

Her career includes work in both private and public legal environments. That mix has given her familiarity with regulatory processes and the procedural rules that govern litigation. She has worked with clients on compliance issues, case strategy and dispute resolution. In each matter she aims to identify practical next steps and to lay out the consequences of different choices.

Clients see her as attentive to detail. She has handled document drafting, discovery planning and the preparation of witnesses for testimony. Her practice requires juggling deadlines in multiple courts and coordinating work across state lines. That operational side of the job is as important to her as the legal analysis.

Outside of individual matters, she keeps current on changes in law and procedure that affect multi-state practice. She adapts strategies when rules evolve or when facts in a case shift. That adaptability has been useful in matters that move from negotiation to litigation.

She maintains a presence in Florida while continuing to represent clients in New Jersey and New York. Her work spans transactional steps and contested proceedings. She currently focuses on serving clients in New Jersey, Florida and New York on a range of legal matters.
