Caryn Christine Warren is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Warren is the founder and principal attorney at The Warren Law Office, P.C., a law firm located at 455 Capitol Mall, Suite 802, Sacramento, CA 95814. She has been practicing law for over 19 years, serving clients throughout the Sacramento area and surrounding counties.

Ms. Warren earned her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in 2005. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Youngstown State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1997. During her time at Regent University, she developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which she has applied throughout her career.

Ms. Warren concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. She represents individuals charged with a range of offenses, from misdemeanors to serious and violent felonies, including DUI, drug-related offenses, and violent crimes. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. She also handles personal injury cases, assisting clients who have been injured due to accidents or negligence, and family law matters, including restraining orders and probate litigation.

Throughout her career, Ms. Warren has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Sacramento, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Yolo County, where she handled and tried cases ranging from DUI and misdemeanors to drug crimes, fraud, domestic violence, sex charges, violent felonies, and homicide. Additionally, she served as a Judge Advocate in the California Air National Guard, becoming the first female Staff Judge Advocate to achieve the rank of Colonel in the California Air National Guard.

Ms. Warren is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She has received specialized training in high-tech evidence and DNA analysis from the Department of Justice, enhancing her ability to handle complex criminal cases. She is also a highly decorated combat veteran, recognized with national-level awards, including the Department of Defense’s Prevention Innovation award for her contributions to changing how the California Air National Guard approached sexual assault cases. Ms. Warren is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
