About Carrie Chaille
Carrie Chaille Eckstein took a straightforward route into the law. She earned a B.A. from the University of Arizona and later a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. Those schools set the stage for a practice centered in Colorado.
Her early career moved quickly. She began as an associate at Booth Law Office in 2006, where she handled client matters and gained courtroom exposure. In 2007 she opened Chaille Law Office and operated as owner. Two years later she joined The Harris Law Office as a partner in 2009. Those roles gave her experience both running a small practice and sharing leadership in a partnership setting.
Over time her work narrowed toward family-related matters. She holds Colorado certification as a Child and Family Investigator, a credential that involves investigation, fact-gathering and reporting in sensitive custody and family disputes. That certification is a professional tool she uses when courts require an independent view of a child’s circumstances. She is also an active member of the Denver Bar Association and the Jefferson County Bar Association.
Her practice has been based in Colorado throughout these career moves. Colleagues describe her approach as practical and straightforward; she tends to break complex situations into clear steps that judges and clients can follow. In hearings she is prepared to explain the investigative findings and the factual basis for recommendations about custody, parenting time and welfare issues.
These days she is associated with Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C., where she continues to apply her investigative credential and courtroom experience. At the firm she participates in case preparation, evidentiary work and the drafting of investigative reports. Her background in solo practice and in partnership gives her a range of perspectives when a case requires both individualized attention and coordination across a larger legal team.
Outside of court filings and reports she maintains professional ties to local bar organizations and contributes to the procedural side of child and family investigations. Her career shows steady movement from associate work to leadership roles and then into a specialized investigative niche within family law.
She is currently practicing at Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C., handling matters that arise in Colorado family courts and serving as a certified Child and Family Investigator.
