About Carolyn Zendeh
Carolyn Zendeh Del combined numbers and law from the start. She earned a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Kansas. That grounding in finance and ledgers shaped the way she would later read contracts and interpret financial records. She went on to earn her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2009.
After law school, she moved into practice and has since worked in private practice settings. Her legal education came at a moment when the markets and regulations were changing fast. Those early years in practice exposed her to transactional work and client counseling, and they also reinforced how important clear financial analysis can be in legal problem-solving.
She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas. That dual admission allows her to accept matters that cross state lines and to advise clients operating in both jurisdictions. She handles filings and courtroom work where required, and she also handles negotiations and document drafting when disputes can be resolved outside the courthouse.
Her background in accounting remains a throughline in her work. She approaches disputes and contracts by first looking at the numbers. That approach shapes the kinds of issues she takes on and the questions she asks when evaluating a case. Clients who bring complex financial materials benefit from that early training in accounting and business principles.
Carolyn has practiced through Zendeh Del & Associates, PLLC. At the firm she manages client matters and coordinates with outside professionals such as accountants and expert witnesses when cases require technical analysis. She balances courtroom work with transactional assignments and tends to take on matters that require both legal and financial scrutiny.
She is known among colleagues for a methodical approach and for translating technical financial topics into practical legal advice. She advises individuals and businesses on matters that arise in Oklahoma and Texas, helping them understand the legal implications of their financial decisions. She currently practices at Zendeh Del & Associates, PLLC, handling clients and matters in Oklahoma and Texas.
