About Carolyn

Carolyn Marchesani built a career around careful legal work and steady client service. She began academic life at Fairfield University, where she started in 1979 and completed a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1983. After several years, she returned to formal legal study at Widener University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 1993. She later completed an Estate Planning Certificate at Villanova University School of Law, adding specialized training to her academic credentials.

Her path into practice followed law school. She joined WOLF, BALDWIN & ASSOCIATES P.C., a firm where she has maintained her practice in subsequent years. She holds membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar and remains an active participant in the state’s legal community. That membership underpins the licensing and professional obligations that guide her daily work.

Marchesani’s training is reflected in the kinds of matters she takes on. The estate planning certificate she earned is one clear marker of her interests. She helps clients navigate the paperwork and decisions that accompany wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related end-of-life planning tools. She also advises families and executors during estate administration, explaining legal processes that can be unfamiliar and stressful.

Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She breaks down complex documents into understandable steps for clients. She spends time outlining options, the trade-offs they present, and how each choice will function after it is implemented. That steadiness tends to matter in legal work that intersects with personal and financial concerns.

Her office work has required regular contact with court clerks, financial institutions, and other professionals involved in settlements and transfers of assets. That teamwork is central to resolving estate matters efficiently. At the same time, she remains attentive to the particular circumstances of each client, tailoring documents and advice to match family structures and financial realities.

Outside the office, Marchesani’s professional life is tied to state bar activities and continuing legal education, particularly courses that relate to estate law and elder issues. She continues to update her knowledge as statutes and case law evolve.

Today she practices at WOLF, BALDWIN & ASSOCIATES P.C., where she concentrates on estate planning and the legal tasks that follow when a client’s affairs must be administered.
