About Carlos G.

Carlos G. Galliani built his legal foundation at Duke University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in 1999. He went on to earn a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2004. Those formative years set the stage for a career that has crossed state lines and courtroom doors.

Early in his professional life Galliani served as a law clerk in 2007 for a United States District Court. That clerkship gave him first-hand exposure to federal courtroom practice and the mechanics of litigation. He translated that experience into private practice and bar involvement soon after.

Galliani holds active memberships in both the New York State Bar and the State Bar of Texas. He joined the New York bar in 2008 and became a member of the Texas bar in 2009. Maintaining licenses in two jurisdictions has allowed him to handle matters that touch both states and to stay current with procedural developments across jurisdictions.

His career path has been steady rather than flashy. After the clerkship he moved into roles that required rigorous legal research, drafting and courtroom readiness. Colleagues describe him as methodical at trial preparation and precise in written work. He has worked on cases that required careful attention to federal court practice, and he has kept those skills current while managing matters in state courts as well.

Galliani now practices at The Galliani Firm. The office serves clients in both New York and Texas and positions him to take cases that require cross-jurisdictional handling. He runs a practice that leans on the practical knowledge gained during his clerkship and on the procedural fluency developed over two decades of active bar membership.

Outside the office he stays connected to the legal community through his bar memberships, which he has maintained continuously. That involvement keeps him in contact with fellow practitioners and updated on court developments and rule changes in each state.

In day-to-day practice Galliani combines a federal courtroom background with the demands of state-court matters. His current practice emphasizes work in New York and Texas and draws on his federal clerkship experience.
