About Carl G.
Carl G. Archer began his legal training at Rutgers School of Law–Camden, entering the program in 2005 and earning his J.D. in 2008. The three years at Camden exposed him to both doctrinal study and clinic work common to the school’s curriculum. He left with a grounding in courtroom procedure and legal research that shaped his early steps into practice.
Straight out of law school he served as a law clerk at the Superior Court of New Jersey. That 2008 clerkship placed him inside the trial court system. He handled research and draft opinions, observed evidentiary rulings and learned how judges approach factual record-building. The post gave him firsthand experience of how cases move through state court and how judicial perspectives can affect outcomes.
In 2013 he founded Archer Law Office, LLC. The firm has operated since as a small practice serving clients in the region. Archer moved from court staff into private practice and took on responsibility for managing cases, client counseling and the daily operations of a firm. Over time he broadened the office’s reach to cover matters that require work across state lines.
Archer is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in trial and transactional settings across the tri-state area. His background in a state trial court and subsequent years in private practice give him familiarity with litigation procedure in multiple jurisdictions. He has handled matters that require coordination of filings, local rules and court appearances in more than one state.
The firm maintains offices in Monroe and Hamilton. Those locations serve as bases for client meetings, document preparation and court-related work. Archer balances time between client intake, pleadings, settlement negotiations and appearances when litigation proceeds to hearings or trial. He combines courtroom experience from his clerkship with the practical demands of running a small firm.
As of 2026 he continues to lead Archer Law Office, LLC and to represent clients across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania from his Monroe and Hamilton offices. He currently focuses on representing clients in matters that span the tri-state area from those offices.
