About Cara

Cara Schlosser completed her legal training at the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning her J.D. in 2019. She had earlier graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts. Those years of study placed her in two different law and policy environments and gave her a basic grounding in the research and writing central to legal practice.

After law school she established her practice in Georgia. She is admitted to practice in that state and is based at The Manely Firm, P.C. in Georgia. The move back to her home state followed her time in law school and allowed her to take immediate up work handling matters for individuals and businesses in state-level proceedings.

Schlosser approaches each matter in a methodical way. She emphasizes clear communication with clients and careful attention to the factual record. Her time at law school trained her to analyze complex documents and to prepare concise written arguments. Those skills inform how she prepares cases and advises clients about steps to take and risks to consider.

Colleagues describe her as practical in her problem solving. She tends to break problems down into discrete tasks and to map out the milestones that a client can expect. That style can change the tenor of a case. It makes planning more predictable for the people she represents and for the teams she works with at the firm.

Beyond casework, she has participated in firm-level efforts to streamline intake and document-management procedures. That work aims to make client interactions smoother and to reduce preventable delays. It also reflects a preference for organized workflows rather than ad hoc processes.

In the office she balances written advocacy with client meetings and case management. She works with colleagues at The Manely Firm, P.C. to deliver day-to-day legal services to clients across Georgia. Her current practice focuses on handling the full life cycle of legal matters presented to The Manely Firm, P.C. in Georgia.
